Could you tell me where's is the "good" Collector's Stuff ? I saw a couple of posts from peeps who said that they got their staff and stuff from a Collector.

I was using the search button but no clue.

outside drok - 5 avicara feathers:

+12 energy (req. 9 death magic)
20% recharge death magic
20% fast casting death magic

Probably most used mm (collector) off-hand...

There is also a Collector who trades a recharge death wand for 5 griffon wings. Also a casting death want is in the northern Snakes Dance, near Dreadnaughts.

Only as drops, not from collectors.
